The process, end to end

  1. 01

    Listed by the seller

    Photos of the exterior, interior, hardware and serial, plus proof of purchase where they have it. Listings missing required angles are held back from the feed.

  2. 02

    Your payment is held

    Order through the platform and the seller is not paid up front. The money stays protected while the two of you arrange the handover.

  3. 03

    Inspect it at the handover

    You meet the seller and look the piece over in person — label, hardware, condition. Nothing is final until you accept it.

  4. 04

    Released, then paid out

    Accept the piece and the seller is paid, minus the platform fee. Not as described, or not genuine? Open a return within 3 days and you are refunded in full.

What to check at the handover

  • Stitching — even, dense and straight, with no loose threads
  • Hardware — weight, plating and engravings that match the listing photos
  • Date codes, serials and stamps against the label photo in the listing
  • Lining material, interior stamps and pocket construction
  • Leather grain, edge painting and glazing
  • Dust bag, box and receipt where the listing includes them

Buyer Protection

Added to every order at 5% of the item price plus 500 fils, shown on the listing before you buy. It covers:

  • Your payment is held. The seller is not paid until the piece is handed over and you accept it.
  • 3-day returns. Full refund if the item is not as described, not authentic, or never turns up. The sale is only final once you accept.
  • Handover on your terms. You and the seller meet where it suits you — payment stays held until you accept.
