How it works
Once an order is confirmed, we share each side's name and mobile number and you agree a time and place between you. Most members meet in Amman the same week; where and how is entirely up to the two of you. Your payment is held by us the whole time — the seller is not paid until you have the piece and accept it.
Meeting well
- Meet somewhere public and well lit — a mall or a café works well
- Inspect the piece properly before you accept it; take your time
- Keep the conversation in the order thread, so there is a record
- Never pay outside the platform — the protection only covers payments made through your order
When the money moves
You confirm the handover in your order, or it confirms automatically once the 3-day window closes without a return. The seller's payout, minus the platform fee, is then released — confirming is final, and no returns are approved after it. If something is wrong, open a return before confirming and the payment stays held while it is resolved.
