Open the order from Your orders and use the message thread attached to it. That gives us the item, the seller and the order status without you having to explain any of it, which is usually the difference between one reply and four.
Everything else
Email hello@secondchance.example and we aim to reply within one working day, Sunday to Thursday, Amman time. For anything involving a suspected counterfeit, include photographs of the hardware, interior stamp and serial.
