When to report
Report anything you believe is counterfeit, misrepresented, stolen, or that tries to move the conversation off the platform. You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to be the buyer.
What happens next
Reports go to our trust team, not to the seller, and are never attributed to you. A listing under review is hidden from the feed while it is checked. If it turns out to be counterfeit, the listing is removed, the buyer is refunded in full, and the seller is removed from the platform.
Never pay outside SecondChance Collective
The single most common scam in resale is a seller asking to complete the sale by direct transfer, for a small discount. A payment made outside the platform has no protection of any kind, cannot be refunded by us, and is the one thing we cannot help with afterwards. Report anyone who asks.
