The window
You have 3 days from the handover to open a return. The clock starts when you confirm you have received the piece — and it ends early the moment you accept it: once you accept a piece the sale is final and no returns are approved.
Reasons we always accept
- The item is not authentic
- The item is materially not as described, including undisclosed damage or the wrong size
- The wrong item arrived
- The piece never reached you
How to open one
Open the order from Your orders and choose Return. Photograph the issue first, because that is what the review is based on. You and the seller then arrange the return handover the same way the piece reached you, and your payment stays held while it is resolved.
When the money moves
Refunds are issued once the return is received and checked, usually within three working days, by CliQ or bank transfer to an account in your name.
