1. 01SecondChance Collective is a peer-to-peer marketplace, not a physical authentication service — review is based on the photos, descriptions and evidence sellers submit, not the item in hand
2. 02Sellers must submit photos meeting our quality rules, and state whether they have the original receipt and original packaging
3. 03Every submission is checked internally against brand, construction, identifiers and seller-evidence criteria before it can go live
4. 04A listing can be rejected, held back for more evidence, or removed at any time if something looks inconsistent
5. 05The seller actively confirms the item is genuine before publishing, and what that means for their account if it turns out to be false
6. 06Buyers can inspect the item at handover before accepting it, and payment is held until they do
7. 07What to do, and what cover applies, if an item turns out to be counterfeit or materially different from the listing
8. 08This process reduces risk but is not a guarantee of authenticity, and does not replace a buyer’s own judgement at handover
